New apartments on Bedford and Jefferson avenues have hit the affordable housing lottery, but only for those making at least $77,000 or $67,000 a year.

On Bedford Avenue the new units include four one-bedroom spots and four two-bedroom spots in a new building at 1044 Bedford Ave. The building includes a gym, elevator, dishwasher, video intercom, bike room, stainless steel appliances, card-based laundry, according to the listing.
