An affordable housing lottery has opened for 21 newly constructed units in a five-story building at 93 Linden Street in Bushwick.
Of the affordable apartments, there are two studios, 16 one-bedroom units and three two-bedroom units. Monthly rents start at $1,899 and top out at $2,350, prices that rival market-rate units in the area.
