Lottery Offers 'Affordable' $1,700 Crown Heights Housing

The luck of the draw — and a relatively hefty income — will land hopeful renters into a flat, gray building in a sea of red brick Crown Heights homes.

The neighborhood’s latest “affordable” housing offering at 1603 Lincoln Place is now up for lottery applications, a listing states.

The studios cost $1,625 a month and are open to people who make at least $55,715 a year, the listing states.
