Few places in New York City cater to the needs children with disabilities may have while ice skating — but on Friday the rink at Prospect Park will be one of them.
The annual adaptive ice skating event hosted by Extreme Kids & Crew runs from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Lefrak Center near the park's lakeside. For that two hours, a rink will be reserved just for children with disabilities and their caregivers, according to a release.
