Kids Father's Day Crafts at Crown Heights Library
Celebrate the special guys in your life with Kids Create: Father's Day Crafts. Children, ages 6 through 12, can decorate a rocket ship picture frame. The library will provide the frames and materials; kids need only to bring their creativity and a smile.

Father's Day Comedy Show with Cedric the Entertainer
This Father's Day, Flatbush's Kings Theatre will be the epicenter of comedy when the Earthquake's Father's Day Comedy Show returns to Brooklyn. The stellar line-up of funny men includes Cedric the Entertainer, Deon Cole, D'Lai and Chico Bean who will have belly muscles tremoring from laughter.

Food Truck Rally at Grand Army Plaza
Since about 2010, food trucks have become a fun feature of Brooklyn's love affair with locally produced, small-batched, "artisanal" food. One of the biggest "food truck rallies" happens at Grand Army Plaza every third Sunday — which happens to coincide with Father's Day! So if you and your family can't make up your mind to what kind of cuisine to treat daddy this year — check out the rally that will offer a bounty of options! Note: No alcohol is served.

Rock'n'Roll with Brooklyn Bowl's Grateful Dead Father's Day Special
Celebrate the Grateful Dad in your life this Father's Day Weekend with The Rock and Roll Playhouse as they play The Music of Grateful Dead for Kids at Brooklyn Bowl. The family-friendly concert bridges the gap between the music you love and your children.

Fishing Clinic at Brooklyn Bridge Park
Learn how to tie fishing knots, bait a hook, cast a fishing rod and maybe even reel up a fish! Guided by a marine biologist and expert anglers, you'll learn the basics of line fishing while catch-and-releasing some of Brooklyn Bridge Park's aquatic organisms.
All ages welcome, equipment will be provided on site. Sessions are drop-in only. RSVPs are encouraged to help the park's instructors gauge the flow and accommodate as many people as possible.

Dinner and a Movie at Habana Outpost
Habana Outpost, a Cuban restaurant and community space located in the heart of Fort Greene, hosts a free movie night every Sunday, all spring and summer long. The screenings are delightfully lo-fi affairs, with a projector beaming cult classics onto the side of a building. This Father's Day, they are playing Bad Boys with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. The movie starts at 8:00pm, but it's best to show up early to get a good spot.
