A new five-story residential building is coming to 669 St. Marks Avenue in Crown Heights, reports New York Yimby. Located between Rogers and Nostrand Avenues, the site will merge with an adjacent lot located at 673 St. Marks Avenue.

The permits were filed by Massimo Cocco of Masmark LLC to build a new complex that will spread across 15,944 square feet and yield 12,559 square feet of residential space as well as 4,073 square feet of community space.

Dubbed as a boutique condo development, the five-story building will offer nine units at an average size of 1,395 square feet. Each floor will feature balconies, according to renderings from the design agency. The project will also include a 34-feet-long backyard, a side yard and a recessed rooftop.

Nearby transit access includes the Nostrand Avenue LIRR train stop, four blocks north of the proposed development, and the A and C trains at the Nostrand Avenue subway station which is six blocks away.

Anthony Daniels, principal of Cycle Architecture + Planning, is named as the project's architect. No demolition permits have been filed as of yet, and an estimated completion date has still to be announced.
