The 11th Annual Toast of Brooklyn Wine & Food Festival is bringing fine wines, spirits and culinary specialties to Brooklyn on Saturday, November 10.

The festival combines the eclectic taste of Brooklyn's culinary landscape with some of the finest libations from local and international spirit enthusiasts featuring old and new brands, as well as an eclectic array of bold reds and delectable whites from premium wineries.

Live cooking demonstrations by renowned chefs and specialty restaurants will tempt the palate of festival-goers with hors-d'oeuvres and artisan samples while enjoying live jazz performances.

For this year's food lineup, Toast of Brooklyn is partnering with the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) to present chefs and cuisines from various Caribbean countries, including Jamaican Chef Wenford Simpson and Celebrity Chef Shorne Benjamin hailing from St. Lucia. The festival is also welcoming special culinary guest Chef Indeed, who has appeared on the Food Network and will be featured on Guy Fieri's upcoming season of Grocery Games.

To get another "taste" of the islands, the CTO will host a silent auction during which attendees can place their bids for airline tickets to Caribbean destinations and resort vacations. The proceeds from the auction will benefit the organization's scholarship fund that supports students who are still recovering from the effects of the 2017 hurricanes.

This food, wine and spirits festival will run two sessions: from 12:30pm to 4:30pm; and from 5:30pm to 9:00pm. Tickets are $60 and available here.
