The Brooklyn Conference will explore the intersections of art and social justice, shining a light on what unites and separates us as a nation
Artists, filmmakers, writers, pundits, elected officials and social justice activist from around the country will gather in Kings County, beginning Thursday, October 19 - Saturday, October 21, for a first-ever "Brooklyn Conference" an effort to build thought leadership and creative approaches around social change.
The Brooklyn Conference will take place at the Brooklyn Museum and will include three days of dynamic and thought-provoking programming that will explore the intersections of art and social justice, shining a light on what unites and separates us a nation, in hopes of inspiring a more connected, civic, and empathetic world.
Friday includes a full day of programming and networking from 9 am - 6 pm, followed by a cocktail reception from 6 pm - 8 pm.

The Brooklyn Conference will take place at the Brooklyn Museum, located at 200 Eastern Parkway, in the Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Auditorium, 3rd Floor.
