Happy Weekend, BK Reader

Take a look - Brooklyn has it all!

There is a lot happening. In the world, in this country - and of course in Brooklyn. While scouting the best to-dos for this weekend, I - unintentionally - came across a couple of fun events that want you to "party with a purpose." Not trying to spoil your fun, but a lot of people are hurting - we all know that. That awareness also seems to be reflected in many events that are happening in and around Brooklyn, and I am sure, all across the country. And that's a beautiful thing, no?

If you are so inclined, you can get into some dodgeball, see great comedy made in Brooklyn, witness the uber-talented Questlove behind the turntables, get your portrait taken for FREE by the incredible Barron Claiborne or feel the heat at the 25th Annual Chile Pepper Festival. And there's more. Take a look - Brooklyn has it all!
