The winners of the City Council Districts representing Central and East Brooklyn are Alicka Ampry-Samuel, who won the highly contested 41st District, and incumbent Councilmembers Laurie Cumbo, Inez Barron and Jumaane Williams, who were reconfirmed by their constituents.
