The results are in from yesterday’s NYC primary elections, where residents voted for mayor, public advocate, district attorney and councilmembers

The winners of the City Council Districts representing Central and East Brooklyn are Alicka Ampry-Samuel, who won the highly contested 41st District, and incumbent Councilmembers Laurie Cumbo, Inez Barron and Jumaane Williams, who were reconfirmed by their constituents.
