  1. Our pregnant moms in Excellence Baby Academy and in the community are so lucky to have a wonderful program through which they can exercise safely – – Dancing through Pregnancy (DTP). DTP, conducted by Healthy Start Brooklyn, offers free fun and engaging classes structured to mimic the stages of labor through relaxation, breathing, aerobic dance, and stretching. One of our program parents even teaches the Tuesday class which is one of many reasons to take the classes.
