Sen. Hamilton to Host Forum on High-Stakes Testing

On Wednesday, April 15, Senator Hamilton, Assemblymember Jo Anne Simon, and City Council Member Brad Lander will bring together principals, teachers, parents and education advocates for a community forum on the pros and cons of high-stakes testing.

The community dialogue on high-stakes testing will provide an opportunity for elected officials to hear from the community and give updates on budgetary, legislative, and political developments. Parents and educators from more than twenty schools have been invited. The school-to-school, grassroots dialogue will include discussion of recent developments.
