The Condos at Navy Green have opened their applications for purchase of newly construct, affordable green condos, located at 8 Vanderbilt Ave, in the Brooklyn Navy Yard section of Fort Greene/Clinton Hill.
The Condos at Navy Green is a 12 story building consisting of 99 units, ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, with 74 units restricted to moderate/middle income households. Applicants will be processed in a lottery system in accordance with NYC HPD Guidelines. Amenities at the building include the following:

The next information seminar will be held on April 15, from 6pm-8pm at Saint Francis College, Founders Hall, located at 180 Remsen Street, Brooklyn NY 11201. Seminar attendance is not mandatory to purchase a home.
