Following the sexual assault of a 75-year-old Brooklyn grandmother suffering from early signs of Alzheimer's on January 1, New York City Councilmember Laurie A. Cumbo will host a town hall today in Fort Greene to address concerns from constituents around public safety and elder abuse.
