Police Searching for Gunman Who Injured Two People on Fulton St

Police in Bed-Stuy's 81st Precinct are on the hunt for the shooter who shot and injured two innocent bystanders Monday afternoon on Fulton Street.

According to police reports, on Monday, December 15, at around 1:30pm, two men were shot while sitting outside on a bench in the courtyard of a housing complex located at 1615 Fulton Street near the corner of Malcolm X Boulevard.

The first victim, a 48-year-old man who does not reside in the complex, was shot once in the upper left leg. The second victim, a 36-year-old man who is a resident of the complex, was hit by the bullet in his left hand.

Both victims were taken to Kings County Hospital were they were treated for non life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made, and police are continuing the investigation.
