54-yr-old Man Shot in the Head on Eastern Parkway, Police Looking for Gunman

The 77th Precinct covering the northern part of Crown Heights is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the gunman responsible for shooting and critically injuring an innocent bystander Tuesday afternoon on Eastern Parkway.

According to police, on November 18, at around 3:00pm, a 54-year-old man was shot once on the left side of his head along the eastbound service road of Eastern Parkway between Portal Street and Ralph Avenue.

The gunman fled location in an unknown direction and is still at large. The victim was rushed to Brookdale Hospital and is listed in stable condition.

No arrests have been made, and the case is currently under investigation by the 77th Pct. Detective Squad.
