Andrew Inglesby, an assistant director of government and community relations with MTA New York City Transit, will respond to questions submitted by the committee in advance of the meeting.

Prior to the meeting, Community Board 2 will hold a public hearing
IN THE MATTER OF an application, #246-14-BZ, filed at the Board of Standards and Appeals on behalf of SoulCycle 210 Joralemon Street, LLC for a special permit to allow the operation of a physical culture establishment in the cellar and on part of the first floor of 210 Joralemon Street, also known as 45-63 Court Street, in the Borough of Brooklyn.
