Shooting on Halsey Injures Man in the Shoulder and Leg

Police are looking for the gunman responsible for shooting and injuring a pedestrian Saturday night on Halsey Street.

According to police, on October 18, at around 7:00pm, Tyleek Mcgee, 26, was walking with a friend down Halsey Street approaching Patchen in Bedford-Stuyvesant when unknown males began shooting in their direction. McGee was hit once in the right leg and once in the shoulder in front of 680 Halsey Street.

The victim was rushed to Kings County Hospital and treated for non life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made and the 81st Precinct detective squad is investigating.
