Fillmore Real Estate, the city's largest independently owned real estate brokerage, will be opening its newest office in April in Bedford-Stuyvesant, the company announced.
The new office will be located at 366 Lewis Avenue, between Halsey and Macon, providing a wide range of real estate brokerage services, including residential sales, residential rentals and commercial leases.
"We've been serving the residents of Bed-Stuy since we opened in 1966," said Fillmore CEO John Reinhardt.
"As the neighborhood grows, we wanted to reaffirm our longstanding commitment to the area by opening up a physical location. Many of our agents were raised in the neighborhood, and they're excited to work in the very place that they call home."
