WHAT: Paige in Full: A B-Girl's Visual Mixtape--How can we know who we are if we're changing all the time? Performer, writer, and choreographer Paige Hernandez answers a universal question in her own unique way in this moving and funny coming-of-age story. From her mixed African-American, Chinese, and Cuban heritage to her upbringing in Baltimore in the 1980s and 90s, Hernandez's life is the foundation of this mash-up solo performance—a vibrant meditation on the politics of identity in a multicultural world, told through spoken word and dance and set to infectious hip-hop beats by Brooklyn's own DJ Reborn: A Part of BAM Kids (Ages 12 +)
