Join PACC and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan for a small business workshop on commercial leasing! This FREE interactive workshop focuses on what to expect when entering into a commercial lease agreement for your business.

- Insurance Needs
- Lead Time Items (Space Build-Out, etc.)
- Understanding Leases and Riders
- Process of Negotiation... and more!
After the workshop participants will have access to free one-on-one counseling and assistance with financing, leasing, legal issues and referrals to government programs and resources.
