Affordable Housing Opportunities
Applications are now being accepted for 58 affordable housing rental apartments currently under construction at 60 Water Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn.
This building is being constructed through the Deep Rent Skewed and Low Income Housing Tax Credit Programs and financing provided by NYS Housing Finance Agency's.
Applications must be postmarked (regular mail only) by April 7, 2014, and all others will be placed aside for future consideration. Applicants will be selected by lottery. Preference will be given to to New York residents.
Current and eligible residents of Community Board 2, during initial occupancy will receive preference for 50% of the affordable units. No broker's or application fee.
