If you're not up on Bedford-Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation, the country's first and oldest community development organization, and the resources, culture and events it has to offer Central Brooklyn, then you're missing out on one of the most valuable local resources right in your own backyard.
This weekend, aside from the Robert F. Kennedy Annual Holiday Party in honor of Kennedy, the organization's co-founder, it held a slew of high-powered events, including a Christmas tree lighting in the plaza and a book signing by Central Brooklyn's own Mike Tyson for his new book, "Undisputed Truth!"
