NYPD Arrests Boerum Hill Bodega Employee For Assaulting Co-Worker

EMS took the victim to NYU Langone Health-Cobble Hill Emergency Department for treatment.

Cops arrested a 63-year-old bodega employee after he allegedly hospitalized a co-worker at a Boerum Hill store on April 27. According to the 38-year-old victim, he was working the morning shift at the Nevins Street store when his co-worker entered at around 9am wielding a baseball bat. “What are you going to do with the bat, are you going to hit me with it?” the victim said before he was struck in the leg. His co-worker then allegedly continued to punch him about the head, before leaving the store. Click here to read more on brooklynpaper.com.
