FDNY members fought a fire at a multiple Brooklyn buildings on Wednesday. Ann-Marie Gibson said she hadn’t made it home yet when her Bushwick apartment of 24 years went up in flames. The fire is believed to have started in a nearby supermarket before spreading to the neighboring apartment buildings, although fire officials are still working to determine the origin. “I was out, thank you, Jesus, but my son and father and brother-in-law was in the house,” Gibson said.
